Chris Madsen has extensive experience in wildlife management, currently serving as Wildlife Program Manager and Wildlife Biologist at the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission since October 1998. In this role, Chris provides biological support to twenty western Washington state treaty tribes, assisting with technical advice on wildlife management, including population assessments, harvest recommendations, regulation development, and the establishment of harvest data collection and management programs. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Wildlife Biologist at NAA Services, where monitoring of the endangered Sonoran Pronghorn Antelope on a military bombing range was a primary focus. Chris holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management from Sul Ross State University, with previous education at Texas State University.
