Larry Baer has over 30 years of experience in facilities management and leadership roles in healthcare organizations. Larry started their career at Naeve Health Care Association as the Director of Environmental Services / Plant Operations. During their time there, they successfully built and managed various departments, including Plant Operations, Environmental Services, Bio-Medical, and Laundry Services. Larry'sefforts resulted in significant cost savings for the organization and allowed for local control and decision making.

After their tenure at Naeve Health Care Association, Baer moved on to Providence St. Mary Medical Center as the Director of Facilities. In addition to their educational background, Baer has obtained several certifications including Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) from the American Hospital Association, Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP) from the Board of Certified Hazard Control Management, Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) from the American Hospital Association, and Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) from the Board of Certified Hazard Control Management.
