Sai holds a Bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from NW Missouri State University and also MBA emphasizing in Business Analytics from NW Missouri State University.

Apart from my formal Education, he also has certifications in Microsoft cloud: certified Azure Data Engineer, Amazon web services certified Cloud practitioner, Oracle certified associate in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and certified Robotic Process Automation Developer by UI Path and also a certified Scrum Master ( Agile IT Project Management expert) by Scrum Alliance.

As a Director, Enterprise Applications, he is recognized for his drive for continuous improvement. In his role at NW MO State he oversees both full-time employees, consultants, Ad-Hoc Consultants, onshore and offshore on six different platforms.

Throughout his career in Information Technology, beginning in FinTech and now in Public sector, he consistently learned new technologies and tech management practices. he gained experience in leadership, management, software development, programming, customer service, product management, project management, and engineering which combine to serve as a foundation for continued career success.

With a focus on process improvement, he is know for prioritizing multiple initiatives to streamline workflow, purge outdated requests, negotiate savings, and consolidate projects to eliminate inefficiencies saving time, money, and resources.

He is known for cultivating relationships with all stakeholders, foster productive and engaging teams, implement entrepreneurial ideas, and provide straightforward direction. his leadership leverages resources to collect, analyze, and distribute data in collaboration with senior stakeholders to support multiple departments and end-users.
