Jacob Doxtator

Jacob Doxtator is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems and security engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Systems & Security Engineer at Northwest Regional Education Service District since September 2017, Jacob is responsible for resolving escalated service issues, mentoring fellow engineers, and managing complex projects, in addition to providing comprehensive support for hardware, software, and networks. Previously, Jacob held roles at various organizations, including as a Computer Network Technician at Woodburn School District, where responsibilities included installing and troubleshooting a range of technology, and as a Senior Help Desk Technician at ManpowerGroup, providing remote support for over 3,000 employees across multiple regions. Jacob holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Operations & Supply Chain Management from Marquette University.
