Tara Branscome serves as the Executive Director of Adult Education & Workforce Strategies at Northwest-Shoals Community College, a position held since July 2008, overseeing various roles in Adult Education and Ready to Work Programs, including program coordination and instruction. Northwest Shoals Community College (NWSCC) is part of the Alabama Community College System and home to over 4,000 students. NWSCC has been providing postsecondary and workforce education to Northwest Alabama for 60 years. NWSCC provides academic, career technical and lifelong educational opportunities. The College operates two campuses, the Shoals campus in Muscle Shoals and the Phil Campbell Campus in Phil Campbell, located in Franklin County.
