Erin Bartolone is a behavioral therapist with experience in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum in various settings. Currently serving as a Recreation Therapy Intern at Northwest Special Recreation Association, Erin has also worked as an Inclusion Companion at Fox Valley Special Recreation Association. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Aurora University and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Waubonsee Community College.

NWSRA exists to provide outstanding opportunities through recreation for children and adults with disabilities. NWSRA strives for each participant to function at his/her highest level of ability. Benefits of participation include increased socialization and community awareness, development of new leisure skills, increased physical and emotional well being, and increased self esteem, all in a fun, safe and structured recreation environment. 17 park districts that are served through NWSRA include: Arlington Heights, Bartlett, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mt. Prospect, Palatine, Prospect Heights, River Trails, Rolling Meadows, Salt Creek, Schaumburg, South Barrington, Streamwood and Wheeling.
