Austin joined NWSC in August 2022 with a background in medical case management in the maritime industry. Ahoy! She has a Masters in Conflict Studies, with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and conflict transformation. She loves listening to and supporting folks as they navigate complex conversations and get a real kick out of a cute baby photo.
