Tyler Jones

Tyler Jones is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Northwest Technologies Group since April 2022, Tyler previously worked as an IT Support Specialist for the City of Monroe from February 2017 to April 2022. Additionally, Tyler gained valuable experience as a M.I.S Data Processing Intern during the tenure at the City of Monroe and managed operations at Ribshack from September 2013 to December 2016. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University, obtained in 2018.
