Oliver Ostorga

Oliver Ostorga, MHA/MBA, is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. Prior to this, Oliver held the same position at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center and was an Associate Administrator at Doctors Hospital of Laredo. With a background in healthcare administration and a strong track record in operational leadership, Oliver has also held various positions at DHR Health, Baylor College of Medicine, Quality Texas Foundation, Harris County Medical Society, and Harris Health System. Oliver holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
