John Mantello

John Mantello is the Regional Controller at Northwest x Southern Hospitality. John has previously worked as an accountant at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) from January 2017 to June 2019, and at Goodale & Barbieri Company from May 2012 to June 2015 where they were also a licensed real estate broker and portfolio manager. In their role at Goodale & Barbieri, they were responsible for reviewing and approving accounting and financial reports and transactions, investigating and correcting accounting errors and imbalances, facilitating and preparing for annual audits, solving field problems for properties, tenants and employees, creating and analyzing financial documents and owner reports for more than 30 properties, collaborating on sales and management proposals for potential clients, communicating effectively with owners, board members, tenants and on-site staff, and being part of a vision team assigned to grow and improve the residential department. John has also held positions as a commercial & utility sales project manager at Great Floors from August 2010 to July 2011, a sales consultant at AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley from August 2016 to December 2016, and as a commercial division manager at River City Glass from June 2015 to January 2016.

John Mantello received their Bachelor's degree in Finance & Marketing from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration. John then went on to receive their CPA Eligibility in Accounting from Eastern Washington University. Finally, they received their Master's of Professional Accounting in Accounting from Eastern Washington University.
