Sonam Sharma

Sonam Sharma serves as an Implementation Manager (CORE-IP) in IT & Engineering at Northwestel since May 2023, following a progressive career within the company. Previous roles included Network Analyst (IP and WAN), where responsibilities involved designing and implementing IP and WAN networks, as well as configuring and managing essential network security tools. Additional experience as a Network Operations Center Technician focused on managing and maintaining network assets, while an earlier position as a Service Desk Technician involved addressing customer requests and troubleshooting device issues. Sonam Sharma is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Information Systems Technology with a focus on Network Management at NAIT, having previously earned a High School Diploma in Computer Systems Networking from Canadore College.
