Judy Stulken

Judy Stulken, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Judy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at NorthWestern Energy since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Employee Benefits for the State of South Dakota starting from October 2020.

From August 2017 to July 2020, Judy held the position of Senior Vice President, Organizational and Member Development at Agtegra Cooperative, where they focused on integrating human resources policies with corporate objectives for the cooperative.

Judy Stulken, SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead in the years 1991 to 1995. Judy went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Black Hills State University, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. In 2008, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for an unspecified program. Judy has also obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in 2007 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2015. More recently, in 2019, they received the Mastering Emotional Intelligence certification from TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence, and in 2020, they obtained the SHRM Foundation's Veterans at Work Certificate. Additionally, they hold the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
