Steve Kludt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Dakota State University, graduating in 2002. Steve then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Data Management at the same university, completing it in 2008. Alongside their formal education, Steve has obtained various certifications, including the Executive Data Science Specialization from Coursera in 2020, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft in 2013, Pragmatic Marketing Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in 2012, and Business Process Framework Certification from TM Forum in 2011.
