Connie Kopp

Connie Kopp has had a varied work experience. Connie started their career in 1997 as a Consultant at Vector Software Services. Connie then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from 2001 to 2007. Following that, they were hired as a Sr Programmer/Analyst at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where they worked from 2007 to February 2017. Currently, they hold the role of Hospital Billing Team Lead at Northwestern Medicine starting from February 2017.

Connie Kopp completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking from Purdue University Northwest from 1996 to 1999. Connie also obtained various certifications, including Epic's "Resolute Hospital Billing expected reimbursement contracts" in 2018 and "Clarity" in 2012. Additionally, they have certifications in Epic's "Chronicles Install Utility," "EPIC Charge Router," "Epic Reporting Workbench," "EpicCare Home Health Billing," "EpicCare link," "Resolute Hospital Billing Administrator," and "Resolute Hospital Billing Claims Administrator."
