Danielle Schumacher

Danielle Schumacher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, operational leadership, and education. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Program Manager at Parabola Center for Law and Policy since July 2022, Danielle also holds a position as a Swim Instructor at Northwestern Medicine since November 2022, emphasizing water safety across various age groups. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of THC Staffing Group from December 2014 to November 2023, Danielle specialized in HR and inclusion consulting, overseeing day-to-day operations and business development. Earlier, as Practice Manager for a specialty medical practice from August 2008 to November 2019, Danielle managed operational processes and implemented significant procedural changes. Danielle's foundational roles include Office Manager for a cannabis expert witness and Founding Chancellor at Oaksterdam University, where curriculum for the first cannabis college in the U.S. was developed. Danielle holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
