Danny Sama

Danny Sama has a strong background in information services, analytics, and data management. Danny currently holds the position of Vice President, Information Services & Chief Digital Executive at Northwestern Medicine. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President, Analytics & Chief Data Executive at Northwestern Medicine. Danny also worked as the Director of Analytics and Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Northwestern Medicine. Before joining Northwestern Medicine, Danny worked at Vizient, Inc as a Senior Research Specialist and Senior Data Analyst. Danny began their career at ICON plc as a Data Analyst and later became a Senior Data Architect. In addition to their work experience, Danny has also held the role of Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University.

Danny Sama earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001. Danny then pursued an MBA with a focus on Health Industry Management, Management & Strategy, and Marketing at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2006 to 2009.
