Luke Malmborg

Luke Malmborg has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as Program Director for Security Systems at Northwestern Medicine since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of forty security officers across a multiple hospital campus. Prior to this role, Luke was Sr. Security Manager at Apex3 Security from January 2005 to June 2017, managing scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and performance reviews. Earlier experience also includes working as a Police Officer for the Village of Downers Grove in 2004, focusing on rapid response to school shootings and traffic enforcement. Luke holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University.
