Tracy Essling is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in revenue integrity and coding compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst at Northwestern Medicine since October 2021, Tracy previously held the role of Director of Coding and Compliance at Advocate Health Care from April 2013 to 2021 and at Dreyer Medical Clinic from March 1989 to April 2013. Tracy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
