Christina Crawford-Tushman

Christina Crawford-Tushman is an accomplished professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Director at Northwestern Mutual since January 2023, where responsibilities include creating and executing an underwriting learning strategy. Previously, Christina held roles at the Association of American Medical Colleges from December 2013 to January 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Learning Design and Leadership Development, focusing on high-quality learning experiences.
