Heather Szymanski

Heather Szymanski has over 16 years of experience in client relations and operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Client Relations Center at Northwestern Mutual since May 2007. In this role, Heather is responsible for developing strategies to manage and enhance the Client Relations Center, supporting Network and District offices to fulfill service commitments to clients. Prior experience includes various roles at Northwestern Mutual, including consultant and analyst positions, as well as serving as a bank teller at Tri City National Bank from September 2003 to May 2007. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2007.
