Julie Glickson Bethke

Julie Glickson Bethke is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Experience Design Lead at Northwestern Mutual since July 2022. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Julie has also been a UX Design & Strategy Consultant at JGB Designs since 2010, offering strategic and hands-on design services. Previous leadership roles include Design Director positions at Capital One, Scripps Networks Interactive, and MicroStrategy, where Julie managed multidisciplinary teams and created user-centric digital experiences. Earlier career experiences include key design roles at AOL, Microsoft, and Premera Blue Cross, showcasing a diverse skill set in visual communication and product design. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications/Advertising Design from the University of Maryland.
