Katie Montoya Fuller

Katie Montoya-Fuller has extensive experience in financial services and recruitment, currently serving as Managing Director at Northwestern Mutual since May 2016. In this role, Katie focuses on holistic financial planning that supports clients in achieving their life goals, including managing student loans and home purchases. Prior to this, Katie held various recruitment roles, including Chief Development Officer, Chief Recruitment Officer, and Director of Recruitment at MetLife Premier Client Group from May 2015 to May 2016, and earlier as a Recruiter at Mutual of Omaha. Katie began a professional career as a Training Recruiting Specialist at Mutual of Omaha from January 2014 to May 2015.
