Lexy Struck

Lexy Struck is a seasoned professional with a focus on training, development, and marketing activation. Currently serving as a Training and Development Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual since July 2025, Lexy previously held various marketing and management roles at BRAINBOX Intelligent Marketing and Aqua-Tots Swim Schools. At BRAINBOX, Lexy contributed as a Senior Marketing Activation Manager and Marketing Activation Manager from July 2023 to June 2025. Prior experience at Aqua-Tots includes positions ranging from Office Manager, where Lexy ensured exceptional customer service, to Assistant Manager, and earlier roles as Front Desk Team Lead and Water Safety Instructor. Lexy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kentucky, earned in December 2022.
