Matthew Grocki

Matthew Grocki is an accomplished content design leader with extensive experience in content strategy, design, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director - Content Solutions at Northwestern Mutual since November 2022, Matthew specializes in content design leadership. Previous roles include Principal and Owner at Grass Fed Content, where Matthew focused on product design and qualitative research, and Design System Consultant at Vanguard, where Matthew established the company's first content design system. Additional experience includes contributions to AI-driven projects at ThreeBridge Solutions, service design at Humana, and strategic consulting at Mad*Pow, among others. Matthew holds a BA in English and Gender Studies from Saint Michael's College.
