Pamela Shave

Pamela Shave is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as VP and Senior HR Business Partner at Northwestern Mutual from March 2020 to December 2024, Pamela previously held leadership roles at American Express, where responsibilities included partnering with Global Merchant Services and Enterprise Growth business units from July 2012 to February 2020. Prior to that, Pamela was a Director at Experian, supporting Marketing Services from December 2009 to July 2012, and served as Senior HR Director at Condé Nast, overseeing editorial departments for major publications from May 2001 to October 2009. Earlier in the career, Pamela was a Recruiting Manager at Wenner Media. Pamela earned a BA in Communications from Fairfield University in 1995.
