Ravi Devineni

Ravi Devineni is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Northwestern Mutual since December 2016, Ravi previously held roles at Amplify as Engineering Manager and Software Architect, where significant contributions included managing multiple engineering teams and launching a metadata-based ingestion product that notably increased company revenues. Ravi's career began at Tata Consultancy Services and Oracle, where recognition included a Star Performer Award for excellence in project development.
