Ryan Anderson

Ryan Anderson serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Northwestern Mutual since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Vice President at U.S. Bank from February 2020 to August 2022. Ryan's extensive experience in compliance and legal affairs includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at both Stark Investments and Black Maple Capital from July 2007 to January 2019. Ryan earned a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School (1997-2000) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1994-1996). Educational background also includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1992-1994) and Wauwatosa East (1989-1992).
