Emily Yang

Emily Yang is a proactive individual currently serving as a Pro Bono Intern at Jenner & Block, where responsibilities include designing a comprehensive database of recent cases and drafting best practice reference sheets for corporate partnerships. Concurrently, Emily holds a position as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University, focusing on early childhood development studies and facilitating research involving preschool students. Experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Winter & Associates involves drafting client correspondence and managing legal documents. Emily has also contributed as Editor in Chief of the Northwestern Undergraduate Law Journal and engaged citizens through voter outreach for Planned Parenthood. Previous internships at Seattle University School of Law and Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest and Hawaii further showcase Emily's commitment to legal and social justice issues. Emily is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Psychology at Northwestern University and is participating in a program at Sciences Po.
