Ariel Maschke

Ariel Maschke is a Doctoral Student at the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice since September 2021. Ariel has held various roles in the field of social work and research, including Curriculum Consultant and Creative Writing Facilitator at Northwestern University's Global Engagement Studies Institute since May 2014, and Research Coordinator at Boston Medical Center's Center of Excellence in Women's Health from September 2018 to July 2021. Further experience includes being a Fulbright-Nehru Student Researcher from July 2017 to September 2018, and serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration from September 2015 to July 2017. Ariel also completed internships in social work and healthcare at organizations such as Heartland Alliance and Seva Mandir. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Communications, International Studies, and Global Health from Northwestern University.
