Benjamin Perry

Benjamin Perry serves as the Mail & Package Center Manager at Northwestern University, where leadership encompasses a team of two full-time staff and 50 student employees, managing the distribution of over 100,000 parcels annually while training staff in operational procedures and customer service. Previously, Benjamin held various managerial roles at FedEx Ground Package System Ltd, including Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, and Operations Manager, contributing to significant operational improvements, vendor efficiency enhancements, and safety culture initiatives. Benjamin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University, complemented by a work-study program at London Metropolitan University.
