Holly Benz

Holly Benz is currently serving as an Industrial Advisor at EQT Group since May 2023, while also co-directing a program on Sustainability Strategies and Tools for Business Transformation at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. As a Clinical Associate Professor at the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Northwestern University since September 2018, Holly is leading an interdisciplinary Master’s program in Energy & Sustainability and contributing to the development and structure of the program. Holly founded an independent consulting firm, Poder Consulting, specializing in energy and sustainability, and has been actively involved in various roles such as a member of the Illinois Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Steering Committee and previously held executive positions at CLEAResult, Schneider Electric, Direct Energy, and British Gas New Energy, focusing on growth strategies and low carbon product development. Holly holds an MA in International Studies and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania’s Lauder Institute and Wharton School, respectively, and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
