Jonathan Diehl

Jonathan Diehl possesses extensive experience in information technology and blended learning, currently serving as Information Technology Service Desk Manager at Northwestern University since April 2014, with previous roles as Lead Learning Engineer, Senior Blended Learning Specialist, and Blended Learning Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Training Specialist at eStudent Services and as a Student Programmer III at The Ohio State University, where responsibilities included training in multimedia software and equipment, as well as private consultations on multimedia projects. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northwestern University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Plant Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Ohio State University.
