Rafie Fields

Rafie Fields has extensive experience in operations and technical roles within educational institutions and sports venues. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Northwestern University Medill School since January 2007, Rafie also holds positions as Technology Training & Operations Manager and Broadcast Production Manager at Northwestern University during the same timeframe. Additional experience includes working as a Scoreboards Operations Tech at the United Center and a Scoreboard Technician for the Chicago White Sox, both roles pursued from 2002 to 2010. Rafie's technical expertise was further honed at Stadia Video Group from 2008 to 2010 as an Engineer, and as a Technical Director at Free Spirit Media from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Sports Administration from Northwestern University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Television Production from Columbia College Chicago (2000-2002).
