Anna Garza

Anna Garza currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Northwind Midstream Partners since August 2023. Prior to this role, Anna held the same title at RNWBL from July 2022 to August 2023, where successful development and execution of HR policies affected over 500 employees nationwide. Previously, Anna was the Human Resources Manager at EVX Midstream Partners, LLC, where responsibilities included building the HR department for a growing team of over 150 employees. Early career experiences include serving as Human Resource/Payroll Manager for Bayway Auto Group, overseeing HR operations for seven locations, and working in finance at SMG. Anna's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration focused on Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Downtown.
