Colby Dillon

Colby Dillon is a Cyber Security Consultant at Northwind Computers, Inc., since March 2020, with prior experience as an Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad from August 2017 to February 2021. In the role at Geek Squad, Colby repaired over 15 computers daily while leading a team of Consultation Agents to enhance customer experience and interaction, motivating peers to complete tasks and providing assistance on the sales floor as needed. Colby holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Boise State University, attained from August 2020 to December 2022, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the College of Western Idaho, completed from 2017 to 2020.
