Daniel Kiefer

Daniel Kiefer has over a decade of experience in various analytical and client-facing roles, currently serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Client Success Manager at NorthWinds Technology Solutions since July 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst at Delta Dental of Wisconsin from March 2017 to July 2019, and roles as a Claim Representative II and Claims Representative I at Sentry from March 2013 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Daniel was an Adjuster for Health Insurance Claims at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from March 2010 to May 2013. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from St. Norbert College, obtained in 2007.
