Jeff Lutgen

Jeff Lutgen has extensive work experience, starting from their role as a Web developer intern at Outboard Marine Corporation in 1995. Jeff then worked as an Automated Testing Lead at OnContact Software in 1996, where they successfully implemented an automated testing process.

In 1997, Lutgen became a Technical Consultant at New Resources Corporation, where they were involved in client server development, web development, disaster recovery, and training. Jeff contributed to the creation of a national insurance agency management system for American Family Insurance.

Lutgen then joined Delta Dental of Wisconsin in 2000, initially as an IT Manager and later as the Director of IT Strategic Partnerships. Jeff played a key role in developing IT solutions, managing the IT staff and operations, and fostering collaboration between business units and the IT unit. Jeff eventually became the VP of Technology & Chief Risk Officer, responsible for strategic technology planning and enterprise risk management to enhance customer experiences.

After their tenure at Delta Dental, Lutgen joined NorthWinds Technology Solutions in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer. Jeff launched a new spin-off digital services company and led the creation of strategy, operations, staffing, and services models. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President, Technology, where they oversee various aspects, including infrastructure, DevOps, desktop support, service desk, security, account management, and sales. Jeff'steams focus on successfully onboarding new clients to the cloud-based Benefits Administration system and providing customer care, product enhancements, and security.

Jeff Lutgen has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Marquette University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Jeff pursued an MBA in Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1998 to 2005. In 2018, they completed a Mobile Application Development program at Midstate Technical College. Additionally, they received a Dale Carnegie Certification in 2013 for skills in interpersonal relationships, stress management, and public speaking through the Dale Carnegie Program. During the period of 2004 to 2013, Jeff attended the Wisconsin School of Business for Executive Development, although no specific degree is mentioned. Jeff obtained their high school diploma in General Studies from Antioch Community High School in 1993.
