Camille M. Urbano possesses a diverse professional background spanning various roles in community engagement, retail, and education. Currently serving as the Community Coordinator at Northwood Academy Charter School since February 2021, Camille develops and implements programs that align with the school's mission while fostering connections among staff, parents, and the community. Previous experience includes roles as a Retail Ambassador at Allbirds, Customer Service Associate at Anthropologie, and Development Director for the American Heart Association, where substantial funds were raised for health initiatives. Camille’s earlier positions also encompassed corporate development and volunteer management at Habitat Lehigh Valley, and teaching English in Spain. Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Elementary Education from Moravian University.
