Olivier Marguin

Olivier Marguin is a Managing Director at Northwood Investors. Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Olivier Marguin served as Senior Vice President at Beacon Capital Partners during 8 years. He was the head of Asset Management of the French portfolio, a $2.2 billion of offices (development, leasing, disposal).

Previously, he was the head of offices and mixed used portfolio (1.5 billion) at Hammerson France and a member of the French Board of Directors. He also had several roles in brokerage at Insignia Bourdais in Paris. Mr. Marguin is a graduate from ISG Paris.
