Chloe Coughlin-Schulte

Chloe Coughlin-Schulte currently serves as the Head of Mission Management at Northwood since July 2025. Prior to this role, Chloe worked at Palantir Technologies from January 2015 to August 2025, where responsibilities included being the Portfolio Lead for Integrated Defense Platforms with a focus on the IDS portfolio and integrating Palantir software onto major hardware systems. Previous experience includes a Domain Expert position at Dataminr, Inc., and an internship at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where Chloe conducted analysis and research support. Additional internships at Rabinowitz-Dorf Communications and the U.S. Department of Commerce provided valuable experience in public relations, media consulting, and international trade research. Chloe holds a degree in International Relations with a concentration in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
