Job description

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the Director of Marketing is responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. Our Director of Marketing will build and lead a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing team that prioritizes lead generation, builds brand awareness and reputation, and measures the return on marketing program investments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Demonstrated track record in creating and executing successful lead-generation programs.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, bonus if that experience in marketing SaaS
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing management position
  • Experience using and managing marketing automation solutions

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned marketing plan
  • Implement a marketing plan with the assistance of all stakeholders
  • Manage & motivate a team of highly skilled marketing professionals
  • Execute integrated online/offline, search engine marketing, advertising, public relations, tradeshows, and other campaigns to generate demand & sales leads
  • Work directly with Sales and channel partners to support their efforts and to measure lead generation and opportunity management results
  • Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools
  • Oversee content creation, including marketing materials, publications, online and social media marketing, and press releases
  • Manage marketing budget for all staffing, resources, and capital purchases
  • Be accountable for measuring and reporting on marketing results
  • Identify areas for process improvement, i.e., product/project management
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices
  • Promotes and intentionally works to foster an environment and culture of inclusion and equity
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to work effectively with others, set objectives and goals, manage schedules, identify/manage risks, anticipate and adjust for roadblocks, and control costs

  • Ability to effectively cope with ambiguity; can act and make decisions without having the total picture; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work within and communicate effectively within a team environment; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people; ability to write succinctly in various communication settings.
  • Strong team-player; willingness to assist team members with tasks; builds good working relationships with team members
  • Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and able to work on and complete multiple concurrent tasks on time

Case Aide Services - Our trusted team of experienced child welfare professionals becomes an extension of agency staff supporting them with administrative tasks such as referral and records requests, compiling documents for court, and document organization. Workers can focus on fostering healthier families without sacrificing their own well-being.
