Jessica Bowers MSW, LSW has extensive experience in social work and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Manager of Solution Delivery at Northwoods since March 2019, Jessica oversees Traverse Forms Design Projects, focusing on resource and risk management, quality control, and team development. Previously, as Director at Molina Healthcare Inc. from March 2017 to October 2018, Jessica led a multidisciplinary team in implementing standardized training for health plans across multiple states and territories. Jessica's earlier roles at Molina Healthcare of Ohio include Manager of Long Term Services and Supports and Clinical Auditor, where responsibilities involved managing teams and developing policies for new healthcare contracts. Additionally, experiences as Case Manager and Medical Case Manager provided a strong foundation in patient assessment and discharge planning. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ohio University.
