Allison Ledford

Allison Ledford has over 15 years of experience in the field of wellness and healthcare. Allison currently holds the role of Senior Director, Prevention and Wellness at Norton Healthcare, where they lead various teams and strategies focused on population health management. Allison joined Norton Healthcare in 2009 and played a key role in developing and strengthening the organization's employee wellness program. Prior to their current position, Allison served as the Director and Manager of Employee Wellness at Norton Healthcare, where they provided leadership in analyzing health and wellness needs of the workforce and implementing evidence-based programs. In addition to their roles at Norton Healthcare, Allison also gained experience as a Wellness Case Manager at CSX and in various positions at Indiana University and Lewy Physical Therapy.

Allison Ledford earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Science, from Indiana University Bloomington in 2007. Allison then pursued a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, focusing on Ergonomics and Health Promotion, at the same institution from 2007 to 2008. In 2012, they completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Indiana University Southeast. In addition to their academic achievements, Allison has obtained numerous certifications in areas such as clinical exercise physiology, corporate wellness, personal training, diabetes prevention, and smoking cessation facilitation. Allison is also a member of various organizations related to health enhancement and wellness.
