Lauren Stiller

Lauren Stiller, MBA, CCRP, CPC-A, is an experienced professional in research finance and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Research Finance Projects at Norton Healthcare since November 2017, Lauren leads a team responsible for the study startup and amendment processes at Norton Research Institute and drives process improvements across research departments through six sigma/lean methodologies. Previously, as a Financial Operations Research Projects Coordinator at Norton Healthcare, Lauren managed special projects, identified improvement opportunities, negotiated clinical trial budgets, and developed reports for clinical research metrics. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Optum 360, where Lauren resolved A/R issues and led process enhancement initiatives, as well as positions in accounts receivable and health information management. Lauren holds an MBA and has a strong background in healthcare operations, project coordination, and financial management.
