Thomas A. Mock

Thomas A. Mock is an experienced information technology professional with a robust background in healthcare and education. Currently serving as the Manager of IS Production Support - NOC at Norton Healthcare since September 2012, Thomas effectively oversees a team of fourteen within a network operations center, ensuring high service reliability and customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and incident response. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions as a Senior Systems Administrator and Director of Information Technology at Kentuckiana Medical Center. Additionally, Thomas shared knowledge as an Information Technology instructor at Ivy Tech Community College until June 2022.
