The Human Resources Team at Norton Motorcycles, consisting of the HR Business Partner, L&D Business Partner, Head of Human Resources, and Human Resources Assistant, is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development programs, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture at the Solihull manufacturing site.
