Since its founding, the Norton Simon Museum has been led by a team of highly experienced and educated professionals. The current chief curator has held positions at the Norton Simon Museum and the City of Monrovia, and has a degree in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art. The acting chief curator is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in History of Art, and has been with the Norton Simon Museum since its inception. The associate curator has a degree in Communication Studies (Organizational) from Westmont College and experience in sales and marketing with Moen Incorporated. The assistant curator is a graduate of the California Peace Officer Standards and Training program and has worked extensively with World Vision (U.S.).
