Matthew Pelletier currently serves as the Assistant Residential Director at TruCare Provider Services since March 2024, following a tenure as Senior Residential Manager. Prior experience includes roles at The Nashua Center as a Home Care Provider and Shared Living Provider, delivering 1:1 residential services and advocacy for adults with disabilities. Additionally, Matthew served as a Specialized Foster Care Parent at Life Connections, providing foster care to young adults transitioning to independence, and held positions focused on managing individualized homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Past roles also encompass educational settings, including Full Time Substitute Teacher and various program coordination positions within after school programs. Matthew holds an Associate’s Degree in Education from Nashua Community College and a High School Diploma from Alvirne High School.

We provide monthly consulting services for assistance with obtaining and maintaining compliance, increased efficiency, clinical consultations and DPH survey pre and post plans. Services also include social work recruitment and comprehensive training programs for new medical social workers.
