Gemma Smith has over a decade of experience in the automotive and health sectors. Currently serving as Preparation Manager at Norton Way Motors Ltd since October 2017, Gemma has also held roles as Progress Chaser for Nissan and Service Advisor for Honda. Prior to this, Gemma spent nearly a decade at Nuffield Health, where responsibilities included member retention as Deputy General Manager.
