Jai Galada

Jai Galada is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the Director of Chartering at Norvic Shipping since August 2019, leading the Supramax Desk in the Indian Ocean Region. Prior to this role, Jai was the General Manager of Chartering at Exsquare Shipping Pte Ltd, where responsibilities included chartering Supramax and Handy ships for various cargoes. With a long tenure at Siva Bulk Limited from January 2009 to June 2018, Jai held positions from AGM and Chartering Manager to Chartering Executive and Operations Executive, focusing on FFA trading and freight derivatives. Early career experiences include a role as a Business Analyst at Siva Group and a Management Trainee at E-serve Limited. Jai holds a Master of Arts in International Finance from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Lincoln.
